The Legacy Heirloom Collection (From £650)

Strictly reserved for 14ct/18ct solid gold, and diamond-set designs over £650. A private, 1-hour dedicated design session infused with calming, restorative Reiki energy to help you choose your memorial piece. Over a cup of tea or coffee, we will choose your metal and precious stones, look at memorial stone colours, and selected samples of jewellery. I will take the necessary measurements at this time. 50% deposit is taken to secure your commission, with the balance due on completion.
This one-to-one session is held in my studio which is up two flights of stairs, and unsuitable for those with mobility issues.

Included with Your Journey
To ensure your experience is as comforting and beautiful as the final gem itself, each commission includes my signature studio keepsakes, tailored to your design choice.

* Every piece is accompanied by a deeply personalised poem card composed from your memories. Elegantly printed on textured cardstock and hand-tied with a golden feather, creating a bespoke literary heirloom to sit alongside your jewellery.
* You will receive a privately shared, formatted video capturing the exact, reverent moment your loved one's unique elements are hand-cast into their solid gold or diamond-set mounting.

The Heritage Collection (From £250)

An unhurried, private studio session over a cup of tea or coffee. A dedicated, quiet environment to share your stories and choose your special memorial jewellery from my Heritage Collection. View selected jewellery samples, and choose your bespoke memorial gem or luxury stacking set in comfort. A 50% deposit is taken to secure your commission, with the balance due on collection.

This one-to-one session is held in my studio which is up two flights of stairs, and unsuitable for those with mobility issues.

Whether you are looking to honour a loved one or a faithful pet, I invite you to join me for a private consultation in my home studio in Hinwick. In this quiet space, we can sit together over a cup of tea or coffee, to discuss your design, explore our hallmarked gold and silver collections, and choose the perfect colours for your hand-cast stones.

Every stone is hand-cast by me personally at my vintage bureau. From the moment you trust me with your loved one, they never leave my care.

What can I say? When I lost my mum I really didn’t know what to do. Looking at memorial jewellery websites I hated the thought of posting my mum’s ashes and not knowing what would be done with them. Then I came across Chan. When I first met her I felt an empathy I really needed. Her jewellery is absolutely lovely.
